Our Return Promise
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returns must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact – just as carefully as we package your orders.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened food preparation items (bar tools, cooking utensils)
- Used bakeware or cookware sets
- Cutlery & knives that have been unpackaged
- Personalized or monogrammed items
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our Culinary Concierge Team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions. Please:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Affix the provided return label
- Ship via the carrier specified in your instructions
Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred shipping method (shipping charges may apply)
Return Shipping Information
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the U.S. (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Customs fees and international return shipping are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Home Dining Room product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you – because we stand behind our products as firmly as our stainless steel cookware stands up to heat.
