We carefully handpick and package each item with the attention it deserves. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping (for orders over $50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. International orders (excluding Asia and certain remote areas) may be subject to customs delays.
Our Return Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Home Dining Room purchase. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened food preparation items (bar tools, cooking utensils)
- Used bakeware or cookware sets
- Cutlery & knives that have been unpackaged
- Personalized or monogrammed items

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions. Please:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Affix the provided return label
- Ship via the carrier specified in your instructions
Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred shipping method (shipping charges may apply)
Additional Return Information
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the U.S. (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- Customs fees and international return shipping are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Home Dining Room product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you.
